Registration is open for the Hill College spring 2023 semester

On January 17, 2023, the spring semester (first 8 week and 16-week courses) begins at Hill College. Registration is open. Current and prospective students should enroll now to secure their spot.

For students who were enrolled in fall classes, no application is needed. Simply register online via the student portal or schedule an appointment with your academic advisor at your local campus by emailing advising@hillcollege.edu. Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to get the courses they want.

New and recurring students are encouraged to utilize Hill College’s career pathways, which are geared toward degree paths that enable students to focus on their interests. Students can choose from programs in Arts and Humanities; Business and Industry; Health and Public Service; and Science and Technology, and Engineering and Math (STEM). These pathways are intended to guide students through their chosen career paths. Visit hillcollege.edu for more information and to access an application.

Several course highlights for the spring include Introduction to Social Work (SOCW 2361) at the Hill County Campus; Automotive Electrical Systems (AUMT 1407), Film Appreciation (DRAM 2366), and Business Computer Applications (BCIS 1305) in Cleburne; and the opening of the new Burleson Higher Education Center at 517 SW Johnson Avenue with expanded offerings as well.

Other programs include the Languages and the Education programs, both in the Arts and Humanities pathway, including the Associate of Arts in Teaching degree plan that provides a pathway for students to transfer to Texas Tech University, a university partner with Hill College.

Regular hours at all campuses are 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended hours will be held Monday, January 9, 2023, with hours open from 8 a.m.–7 p.m., on all campuses. The new Burleson Higher Education Center will hold extended hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 10 & 11, as well from 8 a.m.- 7 p.m. The Johnson County Campus (Cleburne) will hold extended hours on Thursday, January 12, from 8 a.m.– 7 p.m The Hill County Campus will have Saturday hours on January 14, from 8 a.m. – 4 a.m.
